“Without the practice, information does not transform itself into wisdom. It is the practice that informs our experience, and it is the experience that allows it to become our state”
We have a collection of powerful, accessible and varied practices to share with you! The purpose is that these practices can be used by anyone, and are very beneficial regardless of whether you are walking a camino or living your regular life. Many of the practices are designed with a particular purpose and integrate the physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual bodies. Enjoy and share these wonderful practices with those in your life!
Breathwork: for anti anxiety and a calm nervous system
A beautiful, simple breathwork practice to calm and balance the nervous system… and develop our capacity to respond to the experience of anxiety. It invites us to come closer to silence and deeper into the present moment.
Kriya Yoga: a positive mindset and setting deep intention
A powerful and effective yogic practice to really cultivate a positive mindset and set deep personal intention. This practice draws upon the ancient technology of Kriya Yoga and includes other energetic techniques to guide you into an optimal and receptive state to focus your attention on your intention...and recreate your reality!
For maximum benefit, commit to this as a daily personal practice (sadhana) for a minimum of 21 or 40 days.
Guided Meditation: the grateful, loving heart
A guided meditation from the forests on the Camino de Santiago to bring our awareness to the grateful, loving heart. Enlivening the flow of grace, loving awareness and expansion at our heart centre, this meditation invites us to return to the peace, compassion and gratitude of our heart. Also includes a simple and accessible pranayama (breathing technique), together with a mudra (placement of the fingers) to support our attention and focus.
Breathwork: activate and balance your energy
A simple, powerful and effective pranayama (breathwork) to activate and balance your energy, with relatively immediate results. In this practice we are activating our navel centre (manipura chakra) and 3rd eye (agya chakra), whilst balancing both hemispheres of our brain.
